Joseph Pschorr House
DETAILS
In the heart of Munich’s city center, between Stachus and Marienplatz, the Joseph-Pschorr-Haus was developed as an architecturally sophisticated mixed-use building comprising retail, residential, and office spaces. The clearly structured vertical façade design combines glass with high-quality brass elements, giving the building its distinctive identity.
In collaboration with Siedle, ZinCuTec was involved in the realization of the façade surfaces in burnished brass. The team was responsible for the refinement and surface treatment of the solid brass elements. Through meticulous craftsmanship and a carefully controlled burnishing process, the metal acquired an elegant, deep brown finish with a warm sheen—perfectly coordinated with the bronze-glass façade.
ZinCuTec’s precise surface treatment makes a significant contribution to the building’s aesthetic quality and cohesive material expression—demonstrating how technical functionality and architectural ambition can converge in a high-quality metal design.
