Villa Stuttgart
DETAILS
In a listed villa in Stuttgart with around 1000 square meters of living space, the existing architecture has been carefully further developed. The aim was to bring historical substance and contemporary metal design into a balanced relationship.
ZinCuTec realized all exterior cladding as well as selected elements in the interior. The facade areas were executed in precisely crafted brass panels that integrate proportionately into the existing architecture while also creating a clear, calm structure. The panel construction allowed for clean lines and controlled material effects across the entire building envelope.
The materiality was also continued in the interior, creating a visual connection between the outside and inside. Through carefully matched bronzing, the brass received a warm, differentiated tonal quality that sensitively adapts to the listed substance.
The precise surface treatment by ZinCuTec significantly contributes to the high-quality overall effect of the villa and demonstrates how historical architecture and modern metal refinement can merge into a harmonious, durable unity.
